We want you to understand what to expect from us. We have a checklist and addons of what we will clean and here is our list of items that we won’t clean.
- We do not clean any exterior walls or patio furniture.
- We do not lift, move, or pull out any heavy furniture or appliances such as sofas, bookcases, washer & dryers, etc. Refrigerators on wheels that can easily be moved by 2 people we will clean behind and floor areas as long as the clutter on top of the fridge has been removed, or you can have the fridge ready when we get there.
- We will try to reach underneath or around, but can not guarantee that the area will be completely cleaned. Most clients will move any large furniture or appliances before our arrival or while we are there, and move them back into position after we leave.
- We do not clean the inside of washers & dryers, or dishwashers.
- We do not clean any pet excrement, pet cages, aquariums, etc.
- We do not clean any bodily fluids, excrement, mold, hazardous materials, dangerous chemicals, remove or clean around any deceased rodents/vermin/animals. These types of cleaning services require a specialized cleaning company.
- We do not clean ceilings or areas outside of a cleaners reasonable reach such as high walls/ceilings, high shelving. high light fixtures/windows. If you provide a step ladder, they can use that to go a bit beyond their reach to dust, but we can not allow our professionals up on ladders.
- We do not sweep, clean, or mop unfinished concrete.
- Liability reasons, we do not provide laundry services or any dish washing by hand or load dishwasher.
- We will throw all garbage in garbage bags from your trash cans in the your trash cans as well as our garbage from cleaning, but we will not take any trash or junk outside of your premises.
