Frequently Asked Questions

Yes we bring our own cleaning supplies. If you prefer to use your own specific cleaning supplies, we can clean with your products. We do not bring the vacuum cleaner, mop, mop bucket, broom, dust pan, and toilet brush for sanitary as well as cross contamination reasons. If you have any special requests for your cleaning needs, we can discuss your needs and do the best we can to gladly accommodate them.



We accept credit / debit cards, cash and checks only if repeat client. The professional maids can not accept cash for payments, but they will be thrilled to get cash tips for their hard work and attention to details of cleaning your home.


Every home is a bit different. Depends on the type of cleaning we are doing such as a regular clean or deep clean. Also, the time to clean a home depends on the condition of the home, size of the home/square footage as well as the speed of the professional cleaner(s). If any special instructions or addons were purchased could require more time.


No. We do not offer cleaning contracts. We do not want to lock anyone in to a contract.


Yes. All of our professional cleaners work from a list of services that you ordered including any special instructions, special cleaning supplies, and addons if any. The list will be left for your inspection once the cleaning is done.


No you do not need to be present. If you want to be home that is perfectly ok with us. We recommend for a first time cleaning with us to try to be home to meet your home cleaners and show them around, but that is not necessary. If you can not be present, that is ok too.

Most of our customers prefer to give us a garage door code or lockbox code to get in when they are not home so we can do our cleaning. We can be flexible to how you want to provide us access to your home.


To allow efficient use of time for the cleaners to focus on cleaning your home, crate your pets or place your pets in a room that won’t be cleaned. Make sure they have snacks, food, and water. Let us know which room they are in.


The State of Texas does not require or offer a cleaning company to be licensed. Texas has no requirements for bonding or insurance. We are insured.


It’s a good idea to pick up all clothes, toys, personal items, and other items that normally don’t stay on the floors or countertops. This will allow for an efficient cleaning. Make sure we have access to your kitchen sink. This would be a good time to do your dishes and clean up any food messes beforehand.


Yes. We do a background check on our professionals during the hiring process and then yearly.
