Please have your vacuum cleaner, toilet brush, mop, broom, and dustpan ready for us.
Please understand that for sanitary reasons, we don’t use these items on each persons’ home.
Flat rate cleaning prices are a great way to know what will be cleaned, know up front what your cost will be as well as our check list of cleaning will fit your needs. We know everyone’s situation is different and we can tailor our cleaning services to fit your needs. We also offer addon services to choose from to tailor cleaning for your home. We are always available to speak with you to get you a free quote as well as book your appointment.
Flat rate cleaning packages are based on the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage of your home. Our packages are based on a reasonable assumption of cleanliness of your home.
In rare instances, if a professional cleaner or professional cleaner team arrives and discovers number of rooms, square footage is more than disclosed, or condition of home is in extreme condition (hoarding or not cleaned for an extended period of time), we may need to change pricing for your situation.
